Education and protection of girls
Monaco's Cooperation, which launched this flagship programme in 2022, has achieved near parity among beneficiaries (48% girls over the period 2022-2024).
This commitment to the protection and empowerment of girls will continue during the period 2025-2030, with access to education (particularly secondary and higher education) and protection against gender-based violence (GBV) among the main levers for change and empowerment.
It will also be reinforced with support for new multi-country initiatives aimed at removing the obstacles to girls' success.
