Currently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to His Majesty the King of the Belgians, Isabelle BERRO-AMADEÏ has been appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation by decision of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince as of January 17, 2022. After a brilliant judicial career marked in particular by her position as judge and then Section President at the European Court of Human Rights, Isabelle BERRO-AMADEI began her diplomatic career in August 2016 as Ambassador of Monaco to Germany, Austria, Poland and to international organizations based in Vienna.

The legal and diplomatic qualities demonstrated by Mrs. BERRO-AMADEÏ led H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince to keep her in charge of the continuation of the discussions with the European Authorities on a draft Association Agreement alongside Sophie THEVENOUX and Gilles TONELLI.
