The forum focused on 3 stages: the path to success (advice and coaching), the enterprise village, and the recruitment area.
250 young people thus benefited from workshops to strengthen their soft skills and job-seeking techniques. Moreover, 150 people left with a professional photo for their CV.
This initiative launched by the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (EICD), in partnership with the Moroccan National Agency for Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services in Kénitra, was supported by the Government of Monaco.
As a reminder, in the period 2017-2019, the Office of International Cooperation is to support the EICD project with a total of 210,000 euros – Seeds of Hope Morocco, will favour the socio-professional integration of young Moroccans, through the creation of jobs in the electricity sector (training in renewable energies, in particular), a sector that generates employment in Morocco. In the 4 partner schools, training has been proposed, which will lead to real job opportunities.
